About
OGHS has a unique setup with several part-time Technical Directors instead of just one. This way, we can better support our 1,250 players and 60 coaches.
We help everyone at OGHS build a life-long love of soccer. To accomplish this, we create a welcoming community built on the Long-Term Player Development framework. This includes:
- Making sure coaches are well-trained.
- Offering clear advancement pathways for players of all levels.
- Organizing effective training programs.
- And more.
We use a player-centred approach, customizing training for different age groups and skill levels. Our goal is to help players enjoy the game, improve their skills, and stay involved.
